To begin with, Konoba Knez offers traditional dishes from the Dubrovnik region. There are four standard menu options featuring meat specialties prepared under the bell (peka), on the spit, and on the grill. During the winter season, we also offer a special menu that includes traditional homemade dishes such as green menestra and Dubrovnik-style “šporki makaruli.” Each menu includes a cold appetizer (homemade cured meat products and a selection of local cheeses), as well as dessert (traditional homemade cakes).
Konoba Knez operates exclusively by prior reservation. The venue has a capacity of 70 seats, including both the indoor dining area and the outdoor terrace.
We organize all types of celebrations, such as birthdays, family gatherings, first communions, confirmations, baptisms, weddings, meetings, or social gatherings with colleagues. Our target market includes local residents of all ages, as well as tourists visiting Dubrovnik and its surroundings.
Our domestic animals…
On our family farm, we raise various domestic animals such as sheep, goats, pigs, chickens, donkeys, and horses. Our daily life is closely connected to agricultural work and livestock farming.
During a tour of the estate, our visitors have the opportunity to spend time with our animals, feed them, and experience what life on a farm looks like.
Our homemade products
We produce cured meat products such as prosciutto, pancetta, smoked loin, sausages, and “kovsica” (traditional homemade specialty). We also grow organically produced fruit and vegetables for the needs of our tavern, as well as homemade olive oil made from olives from our own cultivation.
From indigenous grape varieties, we produce house wine and rakija (fruit brandy). We also make various homemade liqueurs and spirits from our own fruit, such as cherry liqueur, walnut liqueur (orahovica), pelinkovac, medlar liqueur, and herbal rakija.
